MAY I RETURN MY SPA PURCHASES (I.E. DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS AND SKINCARE PRODUCTS) IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH THEM?

Our standing company policy is that all sales are final. With your safety in mind, we, unfortunately, do not accept any merchandise that has been opened.

ARE THERE ANY HEALTH CONDITIONS THAT WOULD PROHIBIT ME FROM GETTING A SERVICE?

Our physicians will take into consideration any medical conditions or implanted devices that you may have and determine which procedures are appropriate for you. A medical health history is required with each new patient. Please advise your service provider if you are pregnant, have injuries or recent surgeries. If you are using Retin-A, Accutane or other medications, please inform your provider so that appropriate products and treatments are selected.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, and personal checks.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to relax and prepare for your treatment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Due to the individualized nature of the services that we offer, our providers prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each patient. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and 48 hours for multiple services and/or packages. We reserve the right to charge for appointments not cancelled within this time frame.

CAN MY CHILD ACCOMPANY ME?

Absolutely, we understand your busy schedule and will accommodate you as best we can . We offer specialized teen skincare, facials, and microdermabrasion.Please call for more information.

MAY I USE A CELL PHONE IN THE SPA?

In consideration of all guests, we ask that you please either turn off cell phones or use the vibrate setting when you are visiting our facility
